Business Banking Relationship Manager
Summary: Responsible for new customer acquisition and building relationships with companies that generate sales or revenue up to $5 million.
Position Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree preferred or equivalent experience required
- At least 2 years experience in selling financial services to Small Business
- Excellent communication skills and self-management
- Must be self-motivated and possess strong interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills and the ability to multi-task required
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Must be able to work effectively in a team environment toward common goals
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Previous experience on a base and commission type of pay plan
Specific Job Functions:
- Generate new business leads through the branch partnership, centers of influence and leads provided by the bank.
- Generate core business deposits, loans
- Cross sell ancillary business products and personal products
- Strategize with branch managers and other internal partners to develop new business customer sales.
- Work closely with branch colleagues to coordinate service requirements for customers.
- Deal effectively and tactfully with customers, visitors, employees, in person and on the telephone.

Senior Post Closing Administrator
Summary: Performs all posting closing activities and other loan servicing related tasks. Manages workflow, monitors information input and provides reporting of findings related to post-closing documentation and input errors.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field or experience commensurate with the same.
- Four-seven years experience in Commercial Loan Servicing.
- Strong skills in loan documentation and understanding of the complete commercial and residential loan process.
- Understanding of real estate law.
- Excellent verbal and written communications and public relations skills.
- Computer proficiency and knowledge of Fiserv loan system a plus.
Specific Job Functions:
- Responsible for all Post-Closing reviews functions, including loan documentation and system input.
- Tracks exceptions and provides timely and accurate responses to customer, colleague and attorney inquiries.
- Performs all duties associated with Participation loans including reconciliations, posting and remittances.
- Performs all duties associated with commercial loans including modifications, file maintenance.
- Responsible for all escrow related functions including timely disbursement of escrow and all associated compliance.
- Responsible for quoting and processing payoffs, the timely discharge of collateral and all associated compliance requirements.
- Acts as back up for input of all loan types to the Fiserv loan system
- Research and resolve servicing issues.

Loan Processor
Summary: Processes loan applications in a timely and orderly manner, in conformance with established bank policies and procedures. Acts as a liaison between the Lending Department, sales staff, branches and customers.
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent with six months to one year of experience in an office environment.
- Good understanding of financial institution products and services.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills; good attention to detail.
- Data entry and computer skills are essential.
Specific Job Functions:
- Enters loan data into financial institution computer system with appropriate updating, and assembles and verifies loan documents for accuracy. Gathers background information to allow the credit decision to be made.
- Pulls credit reports for all borrowers, verify debts, estimated monthly payments for any outstanding debts not listed and add them to the liabilities on the application. Verifies employment.
- Provides administrative assistance to the loan originator and staff, including updating loan data for entry into the financial institution’s computers and assembling loan documentation.
- Ensures that loan files contain documents with proper signatures, dates and other relevant data.
- Assembles and verifies accuracy of all loan documentation.
- Checks documents for proper vesting, legal descriptions, closing dates and signatures.
- Ascertains all approved loans are properly followed up and disbursed.
- Processes denial forms.
- Performs a variety of clerical duties requiring knowledge of departmental procedures.
- Answers telephone and written inquiries concerning loan processing and information.
- Cross-sell financial institution loan products and services as appropriate.
- Assists other departments on a temporary basis as needed during peak hours.
