2013 System Maintenance Activity Schedule

Periodically, we need to perform maintenance to our Online Banking System. We make every effort to schedule these outages during times of day when system activity usage is low. Maintenance is typically scheduled for late at night or early morning hours. Please check this page for planned service outages that may affect you.

In most cases, when maintenance is being performed, you will be unable to access Online Banking.

Below is a list of maintenance activities currently scheduled for 2013.

2013 Recurring Weekly System Maintenance

Recurring weekly system maintenance is performed on Mondays and Thursdays between the hours of 12am and 6am ET.

2013 Additional Scheduled Maintenance

Online Banking maintenance occurs twice a month, generally between the hours of 12:30am and 4:30am ET. Scheduled maintenance dates are as follows:

• February 9 & 23
• March 9 & 23
• April 20
• May 4 & 18
• June 8 & 22
• July - December coming soon.

Unscheduled Maintenance

On rare occasions, we may be forced to bring the system down for emergency maintenance. In such instances, we will try to provide you with as much advanced notification as possible.
