We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as disclosed in this notice and as permitted by law.

The types of third parties that we may disclose information to as permitted by law include companies that process and mail our monthly statements to you; the company that microfilms our records such as signature cards, deposit and withdrawal slips, paid checks, loan documents and the like; companies that print the labels on materials that we mail to you; our attorneys in the event that we have a dispute with you; and the like.

We may, however, disclose all of the information we collect about you, as described above to nonaffiliated third parties that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements. These companies are contractually required to adhere to our strict standards of information security and confidentiality. They are prohibited from using our customer information for any purpose other than these intended services.

These procedures will continue to remain in effect after you cease to receive financial products and services from us.

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those of our employees who need to know that information in order for us to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.

Additional Privacy Policies for the Web Site

  • When you visit our web site, we collect and store the name of the domain from which you access the internet (for example, aol.com), the date and time, the internet address of the web site you left to visit us, the name of the pages you visit while at our site and the internet address of the web site you then visit.
  • If you send us an e-mail, we may enter the information into our electronic database. You may also be contacted by us for additional information.
  • We do not use cookies anywhere in our site. Cookies, on the Web, are files that can be written to your computer by Web sites and then can be read by the Web site that created them. Cookies can be used to track information about visitors to a Web site.
We ask that you do not send confidential information to us via e-mail. E-mail is not necessarily secure against interception. If your communication is very sensitive or includes personal information such as account numbers or a social security number, you should call us or send it by regular mail.
